Our removable, high-performance Cooling plate (PCM) compatible with the Model 6040's lid maintains the required temperature without dry ice or external power. The plate slides into a dedicated slot in the lid and can be easily swapped depending on your temperature needs. By selecting the appropriate plate, the VebaBox Model 6040 supports chilled, frozen, or ambient transport with consistent performance.

Testing was performed at an average ambient temperature of +30ºC according to the International Safe Transit Association ISTA 7D summer profile.
The PCM element was conditioned for 48 hours at -20ºC. The payload consisted of 11.4 kg frozen products with the core temperature of -21.5ºC, incluiding 10 kg fries and 1.4 kg sausages.
