The plate slides into a dedicated slot in the lid and can be easily swapped depending on your temperature needs. By selecting the appropriate plate, the VebaBox Model 6040 supports chilled, frozen, or ambient transport with consistent performance.

Testing was performed at an average ambient temperature of +30°C according to the International Safe Transit Association ISTA 7D summer profile.
The PCM element was conditioned for 24 hours at -12°C and acclimatized for 25 minutes before use. The box and payload were preconditioned for 24 hours at +2.5°C. Testing was performed using six liquid-filled test pouches inside an empty box configuration.
